Hi Jerzy,

I wonder if our RepositoryWS service from the AIDA toolbox could be of help.
It allows you to do SPARQL queries via a web service.

See
http://www.adaptivedisclosure.org/aida/docs/storage
http://www.biocatalogue.org/services/2142-repositorywsservice_96317  (NB I haven't finished its annotation yet)
for AIDA: http://www.adaptivedisclosure.org/aida/docs/
NB: the javadocs links are broken after a server change: go to http://dev.adaptivedisclosure.org/hudson/job/AIDA/javadoc/

AIDA developers: would you be able to tell how AIDA relates to JRDF (or not)?

Cheers,
Marco.

Hi

JRDF seems to be the best one.

1. Has anyone used it?
2. Is there a maven repository for it?
  - what should I put in my pom.xml?
3. If not JRDF than what?

George
