Thank you for mentioning all bug numbers.

For case (2) I use the same attached workflow (relations80.7z), and, as
far as I remember, I just executed the workflow without defining any
arguments. You can execute it, as WSDL is publicly available. If this
issue is unknown, I will try to re-produce it and report more exact
steps. Is it better in this case?
