Hello everybody, (Apologies if you get this email message twice)
We are hoping to put out a Taverna 2.2.1 patch next week. It is intended to fix three bugs: http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/issues/browse/T2-1514 - Previous runs have data inverted when displayed http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/issues/browse/T2-1515 - Expansion triangles are missing in top-level data and invocations http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/issues/browse/T2-1516 - Split pane jumps around Despite the bad experience we had with the 2.1.1 patch, I hope that this will work as a patch. It only affects three components (run-ui, results-view and monitor-view) and is quite isolated. We would greatly appreciate it if you tried out the patch before it is released to Taverna users. To install the patch you need to add http://www.mygrid.org.uk/taverna/internal/2.2.1/ as a plugin site under Advanced -> Updates and plugins -> Find New Plugins. Then go back to the Updates and Plugins dialog and click Find Updates. Click on Workbench and then the Update button on the right hand side. You need to wait until a dialog appears and then restart Taverna. (When the plugin is released, users will not have to go through the plugin site addition.) Please let me know if you have problems. If it all goes wrong, then you can recover your installation by deleting the plugins and repository sub-directories of Taverna 2.2's application data in your home directory. (Use Advanced->Show log files and climb one up to find this folder) Alan -- Stian Soiland-Reyes, myGrid team School of Computer Science The University of Manchester ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Sprint What will you do first with EVO, the first 4G phone?
