Hello again, If you are running Taverna 2.2, then you can look in the Validation report tab of the lower left window and it should give more information about what has gone wrong. Alternatively, if you can send me the workflow I'll have a look.
Such errors are normally caused by depth mismatches in the inputs of a service. If you click on the services in the workflow and then look at the Predicted behavior in the Details tab. You will see that one of the services fails to predict the output depth for the ports. Check what the depths of the inputs are.
