Note that if you are a plugin developer and want to test your plugin
with the release candidate, the version numbers are not yet settled
(they are still in -SNAPSHOT) - so you are advised to wait with that
until we have a build ready with all the Maven version numbers sorted,
which we'll do next week.

In case you want to have a go anyway, the version number changes
compared to Taverna 2.2.0 are 1.2 --> 1.3-SNAPSHOT and 2.2 ->
2.3-SNAPSHOT. Once the release is ready you will have to deploy a
version of your plugin with 1.3 and 2.3.
