I have an interest bin this because I am just about (now I have the scufl2.0 api) to write a little web-based workflow GUI (with the aim of running the workflows themselves on a Taverna Remote Exceution Server). However, if the Taverna team are producing their own web GUI then I may well save myself the time and use that.
