JMol v Jmol :-) I recently came across two different formats both called 
EML and in the same domain - it was very confusing.

Patching the 1.3 branch would have no effect as Taverna 2.3 (which uses 
that branch) is released. It would need to go into the maintenance 
branch. I'll add it into there and also to the 1.4 branch which is used 
for the 2.4 build.

2.4 is very nearly ready to go, so this has just squeaked in :-)
