Taverna's type system is AXIS based (with simplifications) and AXIS 
doesn't use Schema, so apart of known AXIS bugs there are also some 
limitations.

I am trying to be as close to the original as can (just dumb test with 
different wsdls).
Apart, I am modifying jUnit tests also (for soap.* package), because 
what I generate with JAAS is different from AXIS (test contains 
hard-coded xml chunks where, for example, having another prefix name 
gives "no namespace" error.

Anyway apart of passing jUnits more tests will be needed.
