There is currently a 0.1.1 prototype plugin that allows you to use as components any workflows on myExperiment that are in packs tagged with "component family". David Withers is preparing a draft of the format that will define what components in a component family have in common. I recently (two days ago) gave a talk to the BioVeL project about the current component proposal. I will attach it to the wiki on Monday. > Best Regards, > Bamdad Dashtban Alan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
