I put taverna.sh into the Taverna 2.4.0.app/Contents/Resources/**Java and
then run. I got the following error. Do i need to edit something in
taverna.sh?
: command not found
: invalid option 3: set: -
set: usage: set [--abefhkmnptuvxBCHP] [-o option] [arg ...]

To change parameters (heap size, debug parameters etc.) directly on the
command line. I'm developing a new prozessor type.
