Hello, Finally the 2 jars that interfere are: taverna24/repository/com/sun/xml/bind/jaxb-impl/2.1.6/jaxb-impl-2.1.6.jar taverna24/repository/javax/xml/jaxb-impl/2.0EA3/jaxb-impl-2.0EA3.jar
Removing their META-INF/services I can run the workflow. IMO jaxb 2.0EA3 must be removed from dependency in any case. I doubt that it is OK to use alpha version of libraries from 2005. About 2.1.6, not sure why is this particular version gives the trouble. There are over versions there - 2.1.10, 2.1.12.
