It seems Taverna can't handle the WSDL description correctly. I've tracked this as a new bug:
http://dev.mygrid.org.uk/issues/browse/T3-782 It seems that a branch of our WSDL support might already have a fix for this, I'll quickly add a unit test to check for that.
