Just realised I might have missed the point a bit: if you add an  
activity, add it to your workflow and save the workflow, although it's  
not in the "Available activities" can you still use it next time you  
load the workflow?

I'll get in touch with Guy Slater regarding Exonerate, thanks. Does it  
necessarily need to be wrapped in a WS or is there a way to run it  
locally?

ps: if I can make a suggestion...I think a reset button near the
