Dear user/developer, One of my more extensive workflows apparently makes a mistake in one of the nested workflows, sometimes. This leads to output with the occasional empty string at the wrong list depth. Subsequent subworkflows fail as a result. It is very hard to reproduce this error. It hasn't happened when I tested the subworkflow separately, and it can occur at a different place in the output list each time I run the workflow. Therefore, I cannot really provide much more detail on the error, unfortunately.
Do any of you have any idea of what is going on? Or better, how I could change the worflow to prevent this from happeing? I think Taverna 2 will at least keep the list depth correct and maybe provide more helpful error reports, but it takes me too much time to reproduce the whole workflow in T2 at this time. Advice on solving/preventing this in T1 is very welcome. Many thanks!
