What differences in particular do you mean? A Soaplab service works by making calls to WSDL operations. For each individual Soaplab service there are several WSDL operations. When you look at /axis/services then you are seeing the WSDL operations behind the set of Soaplab services. Taverna shows the Soaplab services (not the underlying WSDL operations). So, you are seeing things at different levels of detail. You can load the WSDL for the operations into Taverna, but it is not normally a good idea.
