Hi,
I just thought about this and remembered that I recently installed the R
base and R base-dev statistical packages first. After that was
successfully installed, we ran R to get the command prompt.
This gave us the option to install RServe using R (recommended):
> install.packages("Rserve")
This then installed Rserve in the bin directory of R:
C:\ProgramFiles\R\R.2.5.1\bin\ ......etc
Double clicking the RServe.exe file should start Rserve. You will need
that running whilst you are running any Taverna R related workflows.
I hope that helps with any basic issues you may have.
