In what way does it not work for you?

Do you get any error messages on the console or in the Taverna log
files? (See ~/.taverna-2.1.2/logs)


One important trick that might not be clear from that page is that you
need to install the mySQL JDBC driver in Taverna's lib/ folder.

Download JConnector 5.1.2 from
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/ - unzip and copy the JAR
file to the lib/ folder of your Taverna installation.
