Hi
I am hoping someone can help sort out an issue we are having accessing
soaplab services in Taverna2.1, having spent several days trawling for an
answer and trying different solutions locally.
As Taverna doesn't currently support soaplab2 (although I believe it will
soon). We are deploying our soaplab services as recommended through 'ant
axis1deploy', but we cannot get Taverna2.1 to connect to them. If we try to
connect to the same services using Taverna1.72 it works perfectly so we
don't think there are any issues with configuration of the tomcat
server/ports or in the functionality of the services themselves.
The error message we get I'm sure is perfectly accurate but not
very informative :-
"There was an error with the soaplab: http://localhost:8080/soaplab/services
Soaplab service http://localhost:8080/soaplab/services";
The reason we want to use 2.1 is that we also want to use Rserve which
"amusingly" works perfectly in 2.1 but not 1.72.
