Hi! I'm not sure if a version of Graphviz for Ubuntu 9.04 would work in 10.04. I'm running 10.04/x64, and I'm just using whatever I get from 'aptitude install graphviz'. Try removing the graphviz installation you've got and install graphviz 2.20.2-8ubuntu3 I know this is an older version, but at least it seems to work.
