Yes it is certainly possible - and has been done. We have some Ruby code that does that and also some portlets (written by Alex Nenadic). You can see the Ruby interface if you download either the Taverna Server Virtual Machine (note that Taverna Server does not need to run in a VM) or if you install a Taverna Server and then put the demonstrator interface somewhere. The interface does not have to be running on the same machine as the server. The portlets are not released yet. They have been internally reviewed and Alex spent last week dealing with the issues that were spotted. They should be "good to go" sometime next week. > Also wanted to ask if Taverna server 2.0 supports R Yes. > and also if we can run > workflows using applications in caGRID. I don't know. Stian and Alex will know. > Will appreciate your help and suggestions. I hope this helps. > Best Regards > Rinku Alan ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ taverna-users mailing list [email protected] [email protected] Web site: http://www.taverna.org.uk Mailing lists: http://www.taverna.org.uk/about/contact-us/
