http://www.mygrid.org.uk/dev/wiki/display/developer/Provenance+schema+in+2.2.0 should be pretty close to what's used in Taverna 2.2, but the UML has unfortunately not been back-updated after doing the changes. Semantically the model should be pretty close to that model, though, perhaps with the odd extra attribute here and there. I don't believe the ServiceInvocation table is populated yet. Note that in the Derby database you'll also find tables for the storing of data values and lists, they are not part of the provenance model. Neither of these databases are really meant to be designed by 'outside' users.
