I´ve executed the Starter Pack workflow "BiomartAndEMBOSSAnalysis(version4), which runs successfull here, but a quick look in the taverna log has shown me that there are some zero pointer exeptions. Steps to reproduce: Download taverna and extract it on the described linux platform start taverna and explore it a little bit install some(listed) plugins import(nested) the BiomarkAndEMBOSSAnalysis(version4) execute it see the zero pointers in the log and some other exeptions Greetings melchiaros
