There are many online websites translate neuclotide to Protein e.g. but
they don't give a method (like NCBI entrez) to use them easily.

*http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/st/* <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/st/> Transeq
and Sixpack algorithm
http://www.fr33.net/translator.php translate to amino acids, forward and
reverse frames
http://www.bioinformatics.org/sms2/translate.html this accepts FASTA to
convert to protein
*http://web.expasy.org/translate/* <http://web.expasy.org/translate/> I
don’t know which parameters need to be set.
<http://bio.lundberg.gu.se/edu/translat.html> this has many other
parameters including frames.
*http://insilico.ehu.es/translate/ <http://insilico.ehu.es/translate/>*

I only need neucleotide translated to protein. BlastX probably searches by
translated neucleotide, but does not give the translation itself. It is not
written clear anywhere. I found that Transeq only translates to Protein,
couldn't make it work though.

On
www.rcsb.org/pdb/staticHelp.do?p=help/advancedsearch/translatedNucleotideSequence.html
they shown a translated query, but they are probably returning it after
searching in some database.
