The interface languages other than English are in thebat.lng file, which is included in international pack, but is also available from Beta-Testers-Only Area (address above). Just place this file in TB! directory and restart Bat. BTW: you may insert "-- " before your signature - this way your sig. will be always cut automatically when somebody replies your message.
