I'm using The Bat! Version 1.38 Beta/5
under Windows 95 4.0 Build 1111 B
and would like to report a bug
The bug description:
The lamp image on the Tip of the Day dialog box has a
nontransparent white background. Looks not so well when any color
but white is chosen in Control Panel to be the default background
color for windows.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Go to control panel and choose any "non-white" color for
window background.
2. Run The Bat and look at the Tip of the Day dialog box.
