No. TB! Does not include full SMTP transfers and needs a relay host to
perform these functions for it. If your Linux is running nearby and
you have a LAN connection to it (or you are running under VMWare or
WINE) you can use your Linux sendmail/qmail as your relay host and
thus avoid using the ISP's server for the job.
