Are you using Bat in network mode or in Stand alone mode? (I mean not the setting in Network dialog, but whether your accounts are accessed simultaneously from various machines on LAN or all things are local). Try copying *.SRT (not *.srx) file from working account into the buggy one. !!! But before doing so, backup all *.SRX _and_ *.SRT files from the buggy account!!! Try deleting *.srt and *.srx files from the buggy account, copy SRX file from working account... Well, all you filters are stored in these two files, so play with them - may be the problem is that one or both of them got corrupted... But be careful! Think before doing anything! And always be sure you can restore all the things back! (for this purpose, backup the whole MAIL folder as well as all TB registry settings).
