With options such as de-dupe, de-dupe all folders, purge, purge all folders, compress, compress all folders, purge and compress all folders. Isn't this going a bit too far? Why not replace with just 2 options Tidy folder Tidy all folders or maybe just - 'Tidy all messages' The Tidy functionality would combine the de-dupe, purge and compress functionality. After all you can control these options on a folder by folder basis anyway, and the manual operation is just an 'override' on the automated functionality. How often do you want to purge but not compress? - or de-dupe and not compress?
