Interesting. I thought it wasn't used, but I've found that is actually
is. But it is used in a wise way: my short date format was yy-MM-dd
(note two-digit year), and TB used to display 1980-05-14 and that is
why I thought it didn't use the setting from Control Panel. But it
seems that everything is correct.
