I am impressed (and registered) :-) No reason, I do that all the time. That's not quite true. I just overwrite if a new beta is out; if a new release version is out, I download from the "normal" (non-beta) site and run the whole install thing. The only reason for that is, that often the help files and other stuff gets updated too.
