I would think that this is possible only in a Hindi Windows. Otherwise
I would think that only the encoding systems that are listed when you
right-click on a message, and then choose "encoding", can be correctly
interpreted.

JA>  Do you have any Arabic fonts installed?

Since the list of possible encodings in TB! does not include Arabic, I
don't think Arabic emails will be displayed correctly even if he has
the fonts.
