My  favourite  is ArjFolder, it's support zip, rar and tar (which mostly
use by me lately), it's *free*. I forgot from where I downloaded it, but
IIRC    I   put   on   ftp://ftp.dutaint.co.id/freeware/filecompression/
directory either Dos and Windows (GUI) version).
