I think "never" may be a tad strong, but you should certainly be aware of
the inherent limitations when you include the %TO macro in your New
Message folder template.
I've begrudgingly migrated to AB templates because of those limitations.
The problem of that macro and the MailTo link is another matter... but
we've already hashed that one to death!
