Quite useless now, while it's impossible to edit any message outside
Outbox. Though, may be I'm wrong... Do you often edit incoming mails?
Anyway, it'll be very useful when the editing of messages in any
folder will be implemented.

Better leave this task to any external task scheduler - it will do the
job better because the job is its main job ;) Use TB command line
parameters to create and optionally send the message. See the help
file for details.
