The setup file itself does not have any switches. But it's a
self-extractable RAR archive... See my other post (reply to Januk's
letter) for details on silent upgrade.

As far as I see, you have 30 copies of TB in your network, each using
its own message base. There is an alternative:

All can use one executable located on the server but local message
bases. Install TB on server (don't setup any accounts). Then share TB
directory. Go to a client machine, map a network drive to this shared
directory. Run TB from there and tell it to be the default mail
client. It should use the same local messagebase as it used before. If
not, run regedit and edit the key

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\Working Directory" 

Make it point to the local MAIL directory.
