Nick Solved it! I ran the system file checker and it fixed about three files, including a corrupt MAPI.DLL and the next time I hotsynched, MultiMail Pro and The Bat were synched. You were spot on about server 1, it won't touch it, so I've utilised 2,3 and 4.
