It been flakey for a long time.  It will stop for no reason although I am 
suspecting that part of the problem has to do with the scheduler getting "full" 
with upcoming and past items. Cleaning out the past items won't restart it 
though. I have asked the person assigned to this if I am on the right track and 
if there is a way (registry entry etc) to get it going again. No answer.
