Sorry, I didn't mean to blame you for anything. Your opinion is
appreciated. The problem is that here people often explain why they
didn't do what they promised, and our customers won't accept that. If
we promise, we have to do. So, I got a bit emotional when you
explained why the problem has not been fixed.

The email was received a few beta versions back (look at the date) and
I just thought at the time, oh blimey <shrug>. When Ritlabs announced
that they were working on the HTML display in 4.2.33.7, I brought up
that this email does not display properly, in the hope that it helps
them improve. Obviously, I was wrong as nobody from Ritlabs even
acknowledged, and many other people on this list apparently think it's
OK that it doesn't display correctly. So, I'll crawl back under my
stone.
