Have a checkbox and an editbox:
Checkbox: Remind to attach files if the following words exist in the text
Editbox: attach
(and the user can edit this box by "mellekel,
ubereinstellungshwefelsaurescluss, tourdefrance, niktoneotsustvuyet.."
etc. depending on his language)

Be sure, TB only checks the text the user entered, not the quoted text.
