You will probably lose the customers that decide to buy an email client for their own use, even though some decision makers that buy the client for their staff's use may be happy about that feature. I don't think that all those customers will agree that this setting is hard-coded, though. You won't lose that niche if you give them the option, I'd think. That said, I agree with the option being somewhere in the settings.
