Is it related to image downloading or just to HTML (no images are being downloaded)? If some specific HTML messages make The Bat! crash, please try to forward them to me.
I sent you the ex_log Files, i guess it is due to downloading images, while The Bat! is still downloading the Message - but this is only my guess...
