I do not see this as fixed. As a follow up to this, trash folders are now empty, so it is working. Thank you. The main problem in what I saw was due to TB closing okay from the screen, but I had three thebate.exe running in the Task Mgr. So TB although closed on my screen, is actually still running as a background process.
