Reminder is useful, but I have some suggestions:
- "Birthday reminder" setting in Options menu
- possibility to turn on/off
- separate "Birthday template" or possibility to cretae "Quick template"
and check it for "Birthday" usage
- possibility to set, how many day before will be window displayed
