No. You can view it but it will not let you save it. (Unless you cut and
paste from the screen.)

Secure Viewer encryption option
Secure Viewer is an option you can choose while encrypting information.
When a file encrypted with the Secure Viewer option is decrypted, the
decrypted text appears on a secure PGP screen in a special TEMPEST attack
prevention font. The TEMPEST attack prevention font is unreadable to
radiation-capturing equipment. By default, the Use TEMPEST Attack
Prevention Font option is selected. This option must be selected to
securely view the decrypted text. For more information on a Tempest attack,

Note
Messages encrypted with the Secure Viewer option enabled cannot be saved in
their decrypted state. They are only view able on the secure PGP screen
after decryption.
