Well, Gmail's IMAP is made very well from what I see, actually. It has
its own quirks, but I would not call them bugs. What do you mean by
bugs, specifically.

The most "standard" server is UW-IMAP, developed by Mark Crispin and
we have it running on our *nix server and test against it on regular basis.
