As far as I can see 4.x disconnects from the IMAP servers and only checks for new mail at specified intervals. This meant that if the Connection Centre was set to Automatically show it would hide automatically after each check As 5.x doesn't appear to disconnect from the IMAP servers anymore (And I can't find a setting to set it to do that after a short Idle time) I guess I will have to set the Control Centre to "Hide" instead of "Automatically", It's no big problem, It just annoys me it being on the task bar all the time.
