Hi Doug, I don't know - I wrote an answer to the post but it went out empty. I did set it up manually while sending message as Plain Text.
Probably my mistake. Didn't have time to set up accounts from the beginning after I did EML import and imported folders started to get missing (reported: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=8685) as well as newly created folders.
