Here are some examples: VF 1 to 4 don't work, VF 5 works. VF 1 is a subfolder to my TBBETA-folder. The VF keeps track of all my mails that I receive back from the list. VF properties are: Auto refresh ON, Store state between sessions ON, Advanced filter settings ON, filter condition is "Sender contains [email protected]", selected folder to watch is the TBBETA folder. VF 2 is a subfolder to my TBBETA-folder. The VF keeps track of all the notifications that Maxim sends when there is a new version available. VF properties are: Auto refresh ON, Store state between sessions ON, Advanced filter settings ON, filter conditions are "Sender contains [email protected]" AND ["Recipient is TBBETA <[email protected]>" OR "Recipient is <[email protected]>"], selected folder to watch is the TBBETA folder. VF 3 is a subfolder to my TBBETA-folder. The VF tries to keep track of all the notifications that Maxim sends when there is a new version available. (Does not work well, but I guess that's a different issue.) VF properties are: Auto refresh ON, Store state between sessions ON, Advanced filter settings ON, filter conditions are "Sender contains [email protected]" AND "Text contains What's new in", selected folder to watch is the TBBETA folder. VF 4 is a subfolder to an Inbox-folder. It is basically an "Address history light", the VF keeps track of all the mails I sent to or received from a specific person. VF properties are: Auto refresh ON, Store state between sessions ON, Advanced filter settings ON, filter conditions are "Sender contains firstname.lastname" OR "Recipient contains firstname.lastname", selected folders to watch are Inbox, Sent Mail and a third folder to which I move this person's mails from time to time. THE FOLLOWING VF WORKS: VF5 is a common VF that keeps track of all my flagged mails in the entire mailbase. VF properties are: Auto refresh ON, Store state between sessions ON, Advanced filter settings ON, filter conditions are "Message (attributes) is flagged", selected folders to watch is every folder in every account. This common VF also works when I don't use advanced filter settings but use fast serarch / Flagged instead.
