So far under v4 I created folders and it works. Looks like it happens if a folder is created as a normal folder and moved to Root folder and subfolders are created within it. Tried a few times and subfolders of such a folder that was moved out of the structure to a ROOT directory were always missing after TB! restart. If a Common Folder was created subfolders within it were not going missing. Moving a folder to Root should not cause such behaviour, or maybe I'm mistaken. Other matter is that window showing Exceptions didn't pop up.
