Stuart, Thanks for this! I had 2 "really stuck messages" in my Outbox which were old drafts with quite large attachments. I was concerned TB was not removing messages from the Outbox after they were moved to the Sent folder after sending. As it turns out your tip is absolutely on the money - they weren't on the IMAP server (I manage a Cyrus box myself and the folder itself was showing up with a size of zero) and I couldn't figure out which "file" in the Windows file system to delete.
